"We could NOT find the property that evening. We went back during the day and there is no visible number or name on the building. We took a picture after some of the locals tried to help us. It ended up being the building with the guys sitting on the steps hanging out. They did not even know that was building #7. This appears to be a scam! We would not enter that building during the day and definitely not on an evening check in."

"Very close to Mullet Bay. Also close to a bakery/coffee shop and a grocery store. Very safe area. Very private. Not good parking if you rent a large vehicle. Small sedan or 2-door is good though. Overall a nice place."

"This was my third stay at the Fantastic Guest House. It is a great little place to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, there is A/C and cable TV and a refrigerator in your room too. The bathrooms are nice also. My stay was great except for one small thing - my neighbours. Sadly, I was unknowingly staying next door to 2 or 3 rooms booked out to kids on some kind of trip. I had gotten in on a late flight from the UK and was really tired and a bit jet lagged. They arrived to the hotel...

"There was plenty of room for 7 people and the property was spotless. Internet and large tv entertained the kids. Kitchen well stocked and nice pool. A/c efficient in all spaces. Very convenient to grocery stores and Marigot and Phillipsburg. Appreciated the host's greeting us and great information. Would recommend to all."

"This property is pretty modern, clean and easy to get around. It’s located where you can easily drive to many restaurants within 5-20 min depending on what you would like. It’s also an easy walk to the beach. It’s located on the low side of the island so driving was easier than the hills. "
