「Our room was very clean and comfortable. The instructions to retrieve the key was simple to understand. This hotel was situated in a very nice location as we were able to walk to Shibuya within 15 minutes. Having a 7/11 down the street was very nice. I highly recommend. 」

「As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. 「We travelled as a family of 4 so their room set up was perfect for us. There was even a little kitchen area. Location of hotel was perfect for us because we had wanted to shop and eat around the Shibuya area anyway. Also lots of yummy looking local restaurants in the streets behind the hotel - worth exploring!」
