「Great property - plenty of space, clean, overlooking a lake. Fantastic communication from the hosts...we had a small issue with water - they were on it straight away. Only small gripe was about the estate facilities... restaurant and bar closed in Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm (I think). 「This was our 7th year at various properties and areas of the Cotswold Water Park. This was the first time we had two houses so we, the grandparents, had Trout Cottage which was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the old TV. At the end of the day after an enjoyable day with the family out on the lake, walking and sitting in the evening sun with a drink at the bar, it would have been good to get back to Trout Cottage to 'crash' and enjoy some...

I love the views from the houses overlooking a pond or lake where there is lots of wildlife to observe. 「Cottage was exactly how it was advertised and was great for our family (including one dog) for a long weekend. It was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. We had one very minor issue whilst staying (portable room fan not working - it was the hottest weekend of the year so far!) and contacted Orion Holidays who demonstrated exceptional customer service by responding and remedying within a couple hours.
