"Would be great if they had plugs for chargers by the bed. Had to move bed away from wall, unplug lights to be able to plug in phone. Otherwise a quick and uneventful stay for a reasonable price. Looking forward to the restaurant in the parking lot to open again."

"The rooms are spacious and newer, no tub in our room but the shower was kinda fancy. Lovely shampoo/conditioner and body wash but not the little samples, they’re full bottles secured to the wall. The property is clean and well maintained with nice landscaping and hangout area. Pool is big and clean but heavily chlorinated. My favorite thing is their breakfast; its so delicious to me. Bacon, sausage, eggs, bagels and croissants! Yogurt and granola, fresh fruit. Oh my gosh I dont know why I loved...

"The Cottages on River Road is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is terrific. The rooms are smallish but very nicely furnished and comfortable. It’s lovely to relax with a cup of tea and look out at the fire in the evening. Beautiful location in the redwoods."
