"Clean room"

"This is a Fantastic Hotel, with Fantastic staff. Whom are all polite, helpful, and courteous, regardless of the situation you find yourself in. The hotel has various amenities over several floors. ( Microwave Ovens / Washer Driers, and Vending Machines ) and the food in the Hotel is Excellent. The rooms are spacious and spotless, even the cleaning staff are polite, helpful, and courteous. The local amenities are all well within walking distance ( Shinjuku Railway Station, Various Large Department Stores, Various Small Convince Stores, Post Office, Etc ) The only thing the hotel cant guarantee is the weather, although they will supply you with umbrellas if it rains. I have stayed at this Hotel several time in the past and I will certainly stay at the "Sun Route Plaza" in the future. "

"Small but clean room. Excellent location. Very close to Shibuya but still a quiet and calm nice street. Super nice staff all day around in the reception and good (but not traditional Japanese) food and breakfast. "

"Wow! This hotel is spotlessly clean!! Our room had a washer/dryer combo which was super convenient. The room was small enough to be comfy yet well laid out so it didn’t seem cramped. Reception was really friendly with a nice lounge area. Free amenities were available in the lounge, and a 24hr convenience store right across the street. Close to many restaurants and stores. This hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed and definitely the cleanest. "

"This is a wonderful hotel conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station, the largest train station in the world allowing easy access to locations throughout Tokyo. Getting back to Haneda Airport at the end of our stay was also inexpensive and easy from this location via the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal. You can easily walk throughout Shinjuku from this location. The hotel is clean. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable. The front desk staff was polite, helpful, and spoke English. The tubs in the rooms are quite large and great for bathing. The television situation was the best we found during our stay in Japan. The television menu could be accessed in English. I was able to log into my personal You-Tube and Netflix. Once logged in, it stayed logged in during my visit. There is a Lawson located next to the hotel, which is a Japanese convenience store. There is also a variety of local restaurants near the hotel as well as a hotel restaurant. The JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku was my favorite place I stayed at during my two week visit to Japan that included stays at six other hotels. "
