"I read the reviews posted by others and started to regret my choice of booking even before I arrived.
However, the hotel and my room were fine and I don't share the views expressed by other reviewers.
My room had a refrigerator and ensuite facilities and a kettle (but no teabags or cups)
I enjoyed a couple of good night's sleep.
I was never asked to leave my key at reception every time I went out as suggested by other reviewers. There was a sign saying that there was a £50 charge for lost...
