“I had high expectations for this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury property, but unfortunately the cleanliness and overall maintenance didn’t match that standard. The biggest disappointment was the pool area. Every lounge chair was visibly dirty and covered in stains, making them unpleasant to use. At one point there were also no towels available by the pool, which was frustrating. Inside the hotel, the common areas and floors also didn’t appear to be cleaned regularly and lacked the……

“We loved the room, club room, lobby etc. However our room never cooled off, we talked to the front desk after lowering it ourselves and they actually control it. They lowered it but it never dropped as they said it would. We noticed an A/C repairman on the property after our conversation but it still never cooled off.”

“Loved how uniquely decorated this hotel is. Chic, urban cowboy. Fridge comes well stocked and snacks/drinks are available for purchase. The motel is old, but think eclectic retro. If you want a unique experience, this is perfect and it is also perfectly located near great shops and food all within walking distance. The only reason a took a star away is because the restroom is tiny with no counter space and the bathroom plumbing was a bit loose when turning on the shower ;again, it is an older……

“Idk how this place has 10/10 ratings. Hopefully someone sees this before booking. Very dirty place. I had to change rooms since the lights were not working and there were a lot of roaches. I moved to another room and also had roaches. The beds sheets looked like they were not cleaned. The towels and showers were disgusting, and didn’t even use them. There was also no soap available, so I had to go ask for some and also had to ask for bug spray. Honestly, any other place is better than here.”

“The hotel is beautiful, lush gardens and minimalist but creative decor. I did not like that we paid for a suite and it was not ready upon check in, the mini bar was empty and never stocked after we asked, and we could not sleep thanks to the group that was allowed to be in the pool from 11:30pm to 2am right outside our window. Speaking of not sleeping, the air conditioning unit in suite 219 needs to be checked because it makes excessive noise when it kicks in overnight.”
