“The room was nice. Need more accommodations for disabled people. Plus I got stuck in elevator, when I was told elevator was fine. The people above me stomped the floor all night and made noise , we couldn’t get sleep. No manager available to speak with when I left.”

“If you are used to staying at nice hotels or even an average hotel, skip this one. It's clear to me this is just a place people use for hook ups. I wanted to support a boutique hotel, but this was a huge mistake staying here. I had to BEG for an iron because there was nowhere to you your clothes. No hangers, nothing. If I left my rooml for more than a few hours my keys wouldn't work to get back and also had to head back to the receptionist to reactivate it. And speaking of the receptionist,……

“The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was a joyful blast, attended by a crowd of young, vibrant neighborhood locals. We had a couple of appetizers at Rosa's. They were delicious. The margarita I had was just right. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. It would have been nice to have decaf coffee along with the regular fir those who can't have caffeine but still enjoy morning coffee. Celestial teas were a nice touch.……
