“After Expedia accepted and confirmed my reservation, in the app and by email, two additional emails arrived saying that there had been a mistake and I would not, in fact, have a room to stay in at Tru. This was at 11:30 pm… The only other available room in this town was at Red Roof Inn, so I had to drive another hour to find a room. I don't know if the problem originated with Tru or Expedia but I would recommend confirming by phone if you do decide to book here. Have liked Tru in the past tho.”
