“该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。”

“The Swan Hotel is easily among the best I have stayed in my travels. The town of Arundel is charming, and the Swan Hotel is located in the heart. It is a well-maintained hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. I had a wonderful lamb Sunday roast with a great pint of cider. The room was cozy and quiet, with a superb view of the town and castle. I had a made-to-order breakfast that was delicious, filling, and complementary. There are not enough good things to say about the village, the people, and……
