The room has a kitchen so we can cook in a bit. The breakfast is great. The staff was friendly. It is clean. It is in walking distance to restaurants and the water front. The only thing that was amiss slightly (probably due to staff shortages found in most every business these days) was that we requested bedding...

"Absolutely amazing stay at the Colony! We felt welcomed immediately, and our dog was welcomed with a thoughtful bag of goodies from the hotel. Rooms were super clean and the property was so pretty! Breakfast was great and the blueberry pancakes are fantastic. This is the hotel to book in Kennebunkport!"
