“This property significantly misses the mark in meeting expectations as advertised. We had 2 rooms booked of the same room type. One of the rooms did not have a king size bed as advertised and there was a clear difference in the bed sizes between each room. One room did not have working air conditioning which was evident they were aware of as there were fans placed in that room. They did not fix the air conditioning until the 5th day of our stay. In the other room the air conditioning stopped……

“Great location, 5 minutes to Earls Court station, which is right inside of Zone 1. Room was super clean. Everything was labeled and room came with all amenities to rest, make a meal, do laundry and have a restful sleep. The place was so clean as if no one has ever stayed there. Spacious enough for two grownups and two kids to stay comfortably.”

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. ”
