“Breakfast was great. They have free happy hour with drinks and food. The pool and jacuzzi were stocked with towels, tables and chairs. Its an indoor and half outdoor pool, neat feature. The rooms were spacious and had microwave and fridge. I could hear the elevator from my room but I wanted to be near the elevator. There is an unpleasant smell when you enter the lobby but every where else therewas no smell. I would stay again and I traveled with kids. Free parking and a nice walkable trail……

“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “At about 11PM, I had a sudden onset of atrial fibrillation / palpitations that I've never had before. The front desk directed us to St. Joseph's hospital (7 minutes away), and security was called to make sure I didn't need any help in the way of an ambulance, etc. (My husband drove me and I went into a normal heart rhythm about 2 hours later. “Upon arriving at the Oxford hotel we were warmly welcomed by Jasmine who answered all of our questions about the hotel and surrounding area. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and ensured our first visit was one to remember.
