“Nice place in good location. It accommodated 8 of us well. Plenty of parking with a Whole Foods store across street. One suggestion would be a little better communication leading up to stay. But over all, I would recommend”

“Fabulous location. Host very attentive. Space large. 4 private rooms and bathrooms!”

“Great location! The house was spacious and clean. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities! Hot tub. The backyard has a very comfortable and enjoyable outdoor space with couch and a tv. And the front porch is enclosed with a comfortable couch. Would stay here again.”

“This house and pool was prefect for our family vacation.”

“This place was fantastic. It is in a great location, with two very nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. Both King size 2 fit any needs. Everything was clean, and it was stocked with everything we needed.”

“Lovely renovated upstairs apartment in a great neighborhood. Easy parking on street. Just up the block from the Harvard Gulch trail . Miles of easy trail. The host was very responsive always got back to me right away. Only thing I had a small issue with: the house entry way is now what leads to bothe the upstairs and main floor apartments. The wall closing off the entryway to this apartment does. Or appear to be completed. A space of several inches above the door is still open to the common……

“Loved the unique design of each room and the location made it easy to get to major points of interest in Denver. My only complaints are that the AC wasn’t the best and the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable”

“Perfect spot for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, pretty quiet. Just the right size for two coworkers on a concert weekend. Walk a block and you’ve got coffee, donuts, pizza, whatever you fancy. Close to downtown. Easy to get an Uber and having a parking spot is great. Loved the extra security of the gate. Would stay again and again.”

“It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by.”

“Nice”
