"I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. "We were 11 people in this oasis. We appreciated the two floors and the two indoor parking spots. The property was very clean and well equipped. 2 showers and 3 restrooms were a must for 11. The property is about 15-20 minutes away by walk from North Elizabeth station. The train ride is about 30 minutes to NY Penn Station."

"Nice property. Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful. Organized yet dusty. I had to clean the bathrooms. Smells old when walking in home. Only 1 tv (living room) but no service without signing in to own accounts (not good) no washer and dryer (not good) overall a good home though. Communication with host was excellent."

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."
