"The property was exactly as described. The owners have a marina as well as the B&B and you're staying right on the waterfront. Food was culinary treat and location was central to all I needed to do in the area. Patti was fun and helpful and I felt right at home while visiting my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson in NJ. Jane and Ellie made the stay fun - (the dogs)."

"The house is lovely. Brian was an excellent and attentive host. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was recently remodeled. There were snacks and wine, tea, and water available in the evening. Because the room I was in did not have an en suite bathroom (although the bathroom was private), bathrobes were provided. I understand that most rooms in the house have en suite bathrooms. Limited parallel parking was available on the street at night; daytime parking was limited to 2 hours from 9 am...

"The property was in very nice condition, well kept grounds even in winter. Updated decor felt airy and fresh. Our room (springhouse 3) was comfortable and clean, pretty views from the balcony, fireplace was great to have on the 2 nights we stayed in mid february. I might recommend the property considers having a small rug/shoe mat for the winter months. We used one of our own towels for our snowy/muddy shoes do that we didn’t track that throughout the room. Dining room could also use a nice area...

"The bar was set high right from the start, with muffins and fresh eggs provided by the host, and a tour of the property for myself and my dogs. If my dogs could post a vrbo review, they would share that they loved the trails and feel of this perfect Pineland property. It was due to rain during my stay and Jim asked if I needed to borrow an umbrella. And I definitely did! It ended up being torrential rain and we stayed warm, cozy, and dry in the cabin.
