“Convenient, near to the city centre and the bus terminal. Not good choice for family, especially about the bathroom setup. The shower is fixed on the wall, while the sink is too high for kid”

“Staff were fine leak in the door way on the way up to the room paid £110 pounds for a room with a sofa bed that accommodated 4 people no sofa bed mate had to sleep on a small sofa no way room could have accomadated 4 people bathroom good but every time you ran water loud irritating noise obviously some kind of plumbing issue we had to leave at 7 15 next morning informed that due to weekend breakfast not served till 8 30 no mention of this when booking so no breakfast all in all feel a bit conned……

“We always love staying at Chiseldon House. The rooms are well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Even though a little expensive, the food is also very good. We stay there often and look forward to our next visit.”

“We were very surprised to find a small and beautiful town named Lechlade nearby. And it is 45 hours' drive to Cotswold which was quite acceptable. However the room was not tidy enough but still in the acceptable range.”

“Coffee m,c not working for the two days and when asked could I have one from the bar coffee m,c was told no…. During the evening could here loud bangs from other rooms… on returning on early evening from a meal found the police where arresting a male for breach of his bail… overall would never return to this hotel or ibis in the future”
