"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could give more I would I had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and truly made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more food options for outdoor dining and room service. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I cannot wait to come back. It was truly a phenomenal stay!"

10/10 Excellent

"The valet staff were excellent and friendly. The Zuzu not so much. And the happy hour drink offerings were sparse. The room was large, clean and well appointed. Housekeeping was also very attentive and friendly. Really appreciated the complimentary bottled water. We weren't sure.if the snacks were also complimentary because there was no info on that. Good value for a very elegant, quiet and modernized resort. I would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Checked in, got to my rm open the door to find large both dead and alive cockroaches all over the dresser in the shower. Went to office to get another rm, after he checked about 3 arms found a sufficient one, this used to be a great property, it appears someone purchased the property and can't afford to maintain it. I won't be back, I've stayed at this property half a dozen times in the past and always enjoyed it, now it's really declined."

"The place was exceptional, the only disappointment was at night TV had a couple of issues which was fixed right away. Should not even mentioned. The breakfast was also fantastic. One incident where no homemade salsa, ran out, delivery truck late. Really can't complain had tobacco, a jalapeño sauce. Was very great breakfast !!! Awesome selection. Server on top of keeping everything nice and full. ( warm ) Pool nice opened earlier( for us earlier raisers ,) 6.00 a.m. ( does have a hot tub ). Husband had muscle aches. Worked out very good. Loved the gym as well. Cycling and tredmill (walking )which was awesome . Temperatures was pretty high outside. Came in handy being inside and with A. C. Being up in age the AC was wonderful able to get some exercise before starting the day as well as getting in some at end of the day . Housekeeping was great as well . If out had a replacement for what ever in no time . 😀 Thank you all , for a blessed stay Mrs. L. Taylor"
