“We had a wonderful 2 nights in the treehouse - such a beautiful peaceful spot. Andy and Caroline were excellent hosts - we were very grateful for the use of the 4 wheel drive to get us down the track and it was interesting to hear the story of the treehouse. It was a unique and memorable experience and we would highly recommend it to others. “We had quick and easy access to property which was very clean and tidy. Everything worked and all needs were met. And felt just as comfortable as being at home. “This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a holiday rental. We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property.The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. Inside, the sofa and lounge area were grubby and uncomfortable. The whole place felt uncared for and unclean – nothing like the photos or description.The directions provided……

"The staff are friendly and proactive in offering assistance (Special thanks to Roxana for her kind assistance)The hotel is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the train station and the bus stop. The room is well-lit and tidy, although the drainage in the washbasin is somewhat clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. This is my third stay at the hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bath."
