Then we stood outside in the very cold weather and no announcement was made on when to come back in. I think staff did their best in a difficult situation, but it seemed like confusion and lack of coordination on what exactly to do -- including how to gain entry into our room again with our key. Again, appreciate the staff trying to do what they could. "
