“We had trouble opening our door when we first arrived, and it continued to get jammed occasionally during our night stay. Additionally, the toilet kept running and spraying water everywhere. Fortunately, I knew how to fix that, but not after using up all the towels in the room (only had 2). We had to keep the lid off of the back of the toilet tank in order to manually flush it every time. The side entry doors never did work, so even though it was shorter to go through the side door to get to my……

“We stayed here a few times due to my son’s baseball tournament. This hotel has went downhill since last time. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted due to the moisture and the fan not working. There was a bloody stain on the curtains in the bedroom and the air conditioner would not cool the room so we had to by a floor fan for the room. We were highly disappointed in our stay this time”

“This was our first time to Andalusia, AL. The room could use some updating. It is priced the same as some better hotels. The room was clean.”
