Petra is an exceptional host, very kind and helpful. We needed help with the car, and she was available immediately. We've been traveling around Iceland for a while now, and this is the best accommodation. A 5, but I'd rate it 10. Highly recommended.”

“This property was a great place to start our visit to Iceland. The beds were comfy and it was a 30 minute walk to the downtown area. There was also a nice trail along the sea just 5 minutes away. Loved the hot tub and that you fill it with geothermal water every time you need it. Very spacious and superbly equipped. “This unique building has very high quality furniture, bedding, and towels. Even robes are provided. The hot tub in the back yard is a highlight. Lots of windows let in the epic Icelandic landscape. When the wind pics up you feel cozy and comfortable with every convenience. There is a full sized washer AND dryer (great for families). The gas station is a 10 minute walk away and has all the basic groceries you need along with a small diner. If you are in the area, this is a great place to stay. ”
