Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison

8/10 Good

"Room was clean and overall the stay was pleasant. I got a warning on my windshield the second day of being there because I wasn’t given a parking pass at check in. Beyond that, the front elevator was out of service for repair so that meant using the stairs or walking the length of the building twice each time we wanted to come/go, being that our room was directly above the front desk and on the fourth floor. Not a big deal for us but 35-40 year old elevators should be modernized, like you did everything else in the building."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! Check in was easy. The staff was 5 star service. The room was clean, spacious, peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the river. I wish I could comment on the arcade, but I didn't use it. It looked to be a decent size. My favorite part was the family style breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel. A must before you go! The pools and spa's were pretty awesome, too. I was on a family trip with my sister and her kids, but my nephew ended up sleeping at my hotel because it was quieter, lol. I definitely recommend this location for solo travelers & families with kids."

"Lots of great things at this place. The only reason we docked a point is because we felt the staff in the bar were bit condescending after they realized that i was not drinking. Obviously, their choice to run their joint as they wish, but it didn’t sit well with us."

"My wife and I were there for a couple nights. We were in awe at the size of the property and all of the possibilities/events the property can have. We felt that our room was clean, and as a former pest control technician, the mattress was very clean. During our stay, there was a fire on the property and the staff, along with management, did a great job and keeping calm and helping everyone who had needs. If coming back to the Milwaukee area, I will be looking to stay there again."
