“Has everything you need, way more roomy inside than we expected. ”

“The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels……

“We would not stay at this property again. There were ants everywhere, the toilet chain kept slipping and the water was constantly running and we had to fix it multiple times, the outside wood was rotting, and a picture fell off the wall In the middle of the night. It was a cute theme and when we arrived it did seem clean. But we were 4 guests and there were only 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days. Most upsetting was a contacted the owner and she told me to contact the manager……

“One of the very best places I have ever stayed at! All details of this place are taken into account!”

“The communication with owner was great! I do wish there was extra blankets or pillows. The place was minimal but the price matched what you got. There was no TV which we didn’t realize but that was our fault for not paying attention to the description and amenities. ”

“The check-in time is late, 4:00. Odd because of the checkout time is 10 AM. For such a small room it shouldn't take so long to clean the place. No oven, no cups plates & no dishwasher. Real simple place. Thcomfortable. ”
