「The owners were very nice and helpful. Check in was simple and they communicated perfectly. They had everything you could possibly need to feel like home from fresh eggs from their chickens to waters in the fridge. They even had earplugs in the event you needed them for the chicken noise. 「Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!」

I appreciated the desk and table space in front of windows, which made writing less torturous. The property was easy to find and close to UT campus, grocery stores and coffee shops.
