“No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.”

“Location is perfect for universal and in reach of all major attractions. It’s a 5 min drive to universal. Building and grounds are maintained and cleaned well. Exterior pool and hot tub was crystal clean and interior pool is in the adjacent building. Plenty of convenient parking. Condo is clean and all needed amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, towels, hair dryer) were provided. We used all the beds and found them quite comfortable. Kitchen is small and without an oven but with……

They kept everyone entertained and made the trip extra fun. As an added bonus, the food was at the pool was excellent far better than we expected.
