「It was good except for the roaches honestly. The highlights were the quiet street, easy parking, security camera, spacious place, but there's roaches.」

「Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us.」

「We had a wedding in town and had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The beds are very comfortable, great couches and dining area to gather in. We appreciated having a parking spot, and not having to search for street parking. Communication with owner was prompt.」

「We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. 「Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold.」
