「Room was clean and looked nice. Bathroom too small with terrible water pressure and a very wobbly commode.
Breakfast was grab and go in a breakfast room that was locked and was not accessible until after 7:30. If you are there to see bears at Cades Cove, it puts you up there a little late. Being just grab and go, maybe they could make it accessible earlier by room key code. Our room had no microwave and the only one that available was in the breakfast room and was very small and under powered....

「Amazing hotel and exceptional service!
Margaritaville in Gatlinburg is fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment. I will definitely be back!

「This was the worst experience. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and wrecked. Our initially assigned room had a faulty door, and when we returned late at night, we couldn't get it open. We had to make multiple trips to the office before finally being given a new room. The AC was terrible as well. I would not recommend this place for families.」
