“Nice and clean. Nice area super quiet only negative was hard bed ”

“Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m.……

“The property was pet friendly which is number one to us. It’s a nice quiet area not far from attractions in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It’s always clean and the staff is super nice. We stay here every year (sometimes more than once).”

“Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. “The cabin is is great. Very clean and updated. They have everything you could possibly need. The amenities are very good. The location is nice. It is very quite but close to anything you would want to do. Highly recommen staying here. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded immediately. ”

“Some of the reviews had me worried but honestly for the price we paid I was fairly impressed. It was my husband my 4 year old and 2 year old and I who all stayed and I didn’t feel unsafe. It wasn’t really dirty. There was a little weird smell when we came in but nothing major it might have just been the heat cuz it was just turned on. Breakfast was good.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Bearskin Lodge. Everyone always says location is the most important thing; however, I feel when you are staying at a hotel that cleanliness is the most important, followed by location. Bearskin Lodge has both. The room was clean and the location excellent, so it is a win-win. The balcony on the river was cozy and relaxing. Staff members were extremely nice. Could not give a review on breakfast because we like to go to Crockett’s Breakfast Camp and other places for……
