「櫃台过忙，房間稍窄，購物不便，清潔員工態度很好。」

「Staff in reception and in breakfast room were very nice. Entry into room and Bathroom floor/baseboards were dirty and needed to be painted. Towels were thin and small.」

「The room had a distinct smell. Some areas were not dusted. Sofa had a spot on it. The prior guest left a cell phone charger, that was one reason I felt the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The phone was not plugged in. Tried to call for wake up, no dial tone then noticed the phone was not connected. Didn’t have time to inform the desk clerk. Plenty towels and washcloths.」
