“When we arrived at check-in time, it was apparent that the cleaners had not yet been there. A call to the manager/owner remedied the situation right away. The cleaners showed up while we sat on the back porch and relaxed. So we were not too inconvenienced. She did refund 1/2 of the cleaning fee. For the situation, she did very well in making it right for us.”

“Susan and Charlie were amazing hosts! We came for the Highwater Music festival and this property was a great sanctuary away from the crowds. So clean and comfy. They even had beautiful fresh flowers waiting for us. The pool was lovely and the view of the marsh was so nice. And we loved the doggies and kitties! Thank you for a great stay!”

“rental was centrally located in mt. pleasant, easy access. convenient remote key access. the rental was clean, kitchen was completely stocked-baking dishes, tupperware, measuring cups, spoons, variety of knives and pots/pans. Shower was nice and hot, and bedding was comfortable. Light bulbs did need to be checked and possibly replaced, a bit dim. Bikes on porch was a bonus for a quick jaunt thru the neighborhood. Owners responded v. quickly w/ any questions. Overall v. pleased.”

Teri is a superb owner, - attentive and responsive during our entire stay. Teri and Tyler looked after every detail: professionally clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, high-end linens and towels, great shower, high-end washer/dryer, and even a pair of beach chairs with beach towels. Quiet neighborhood. Easy/ walking access to the Windermere shopping center and……
