“This was a fantastic location, a block from the beach which allow dogs. The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. Easy commute to downtown St. Augustine and SA beach. Glenn, the host, quickly responded to questions and made sure our arrival and access was quick and easy. “The property was beyond our expectations. Tree lined seats, gated communities, pristine greens. The pool was quiet and clean; towel service provided. I didn't use the pickle ball courts, however there were others at check in requesting pickle ball gear. Bill Murray's Caddyshack themed restaurant is within walking distance, or a very short drive.
