* Spectacular Balcony Views, Heated Complex Pool and Hot Tub, Large Pool Deck, 300 feet of White Sugar Sand Beach, Central Air and Heating, Outdoor Gas Grills

* SORRY – NO SMOKING and NO PETS

* All you need is a toothbrush and swimming suit

* INITIAL CONDO SUPPLIES
o 1 Roll of Paper Towels
o 2 Bottles of Dishwashing Soap
o 4 Garbage Bags
o 1 Roll Toilet Paper (Each Bathroom)
o 1 Bar of Soap (Each Bathroom)
o You will need to purchase additional supplies as needed. Only purchase laundry and dishwasher detergents with the brands we have initially supplied. “HE” laundry detergent is MANDATROY.

* Compliance and acceptance of our rental policy is mandatory. You will be sent Page 1 of our Rental Agreement for completion. Look for "Beach Cottage 2304" in the subject line. Be sure to check your spam folder.

* NOTE OUR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY PER OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT ARE FIRM.

PARKING FOR RENTAL: Parking passes are mandatory. One (1) undercover parking space is allowed in the parking garage. There is visitor parking in the front of the building as space is available. MOTOR HOMES or CAMPERS are not allowed on the Property for more than 24 Hours. Permanent Parking Available Offsite. A fee for this space may be applicable. MOTORCYCLES are allowed onsite and are to be parked in the visitor parking area.

Family vacay

The condo was perfect even the crock pot. We have been staying at Beach Cottages for 6 years. Would love to stay next year but already booked. Excellent host and vacation!

Beach Cottage Stay- 2024

We really enjoyed our stay in your unit. Was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Was nice to have a beach umbrella and chairs. The view was great! Many beautiful sunsets! We definitely will be back.

Wonderful experience

We really liked staying here, very clean and the descriptions provided online were "spot on". If you really like to do your own cooking though you may want to bring some cooing supply's, pots, pan, etc; little short on that. Would definitely come back.

Staying in this specific condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and had everything you could need, even games and books, Netflix and Disney . The balcony is huge with a perfect view. The pool area is super nice with a great view of the sunset. After reserving I only had one question, I sent an email to the owners and got a very prompt reply. Our kids LOVED everything about it and asked that when we come back we choose this condo. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to return!

Much need beach time

The condo is in a great location with a great view of the pool and gulf! The condo had everything we needed. The only negative was the thermostat was locked out at 72 degrees. The master bedroom was a little too warm but ceiling fan helped. Overall a great vacation!

Great Vacation despite Emergency Surgery:)

A very nice property. The location was ideal along the beach and the unit location was perfect. Great view to the water. Unfortunately I had to have emergency gall bladder surgery mid-week but Jerry and his crew were amazingly helpful, even making recommendations as to which medical facilities to use and getting me in to the ER. If you have to recover from surgery, there are worse places to do it.

Beautiful view, clean condo

First time to Clearwater. Very impressed with the area, clean room, loved having chairs, a cooler, umbrella, beach towels, in our condo closet to use all week. Grounds were welll kept, nicely furnished with a few extras in cabinets, ie spices, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, creamer. Nicely decorated. If I could change one thing, it would be the access to the beach and easier access to the beach from pool such as steps off the pool deck area. Not a complaint though. Area is very secure with keys to all entrances and gates. Beautiful white sand beach and very clean beach as well. Our experience couldn’t have been better.

Beautiful Beach Trip

Beach Cottages

Great location, great beach and pool area. Indian Shores isn’t quite as busy as other locations along the Gulf of America, so this is a perfect place to relax and take it easy. This condo was clean and well-stocked with everything you would need. Would definitely return.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved this location. The pool was big enough and the perfect temperature. We loved how close the beach was to the condo. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Between the beach and the pool, Our grandkids had a ball! The Bird Sanctuary next door was a nice surprise. We will come back to this one.

Great beach getaway!

The proximity to the beach made this place a winner for us. It was a 2 minute walk downstairs and through the garage and you’re there! The provided beach chairs are really camp chairs, but we went and bought some beach chairs at a nearby store. Very quiet condo - we did not hear any noise from neighbors or the road. The porch which faced the pool and the ocean was a great place to hang out or play board games. Figuring out where to enter building 2 was very tricky for us - it is not marked very well. The location is close to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back again!

Beach Cottage - 2024 Indian Shores

We loved staying at this condo! The view of the gulf was wonderful. The tub in the 2nd bathroom needs to be looked at. There were a couple of small spots on the tub below the showerhead that had rusted through completely. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Close to many restaurants and short drive to shopping and attractions. Furniture somewhat dated and beach chairs were actually camp chairs. Pool and hot tub area so clean and always plenty of chairs. Master bed was very comfortable. Condo was clean.

Our stay was good overall. Property had things that needed repair, screens didn’t work etc. place appeared clean but floor was pretty dirty. biggest problem was spending parts of 3 days trying to get tv to work.
