“Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this……

“What a lovely property! It was so quaint and quiet for an Inn. The property was very clean, plenty of hot water, an excellent breakfast with both hot and cold items, all staff were very pleasant and had ample smiles.
They kept the old-school decor of an inn. It truly was lovely…also walkable to downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier.
I already have a reservation for this property for later this summer. I am looking forward to it.”
