「Amaizing place just outside of the center by the river. Room was clean and comfortable, with lots of oruginal features which gave it a charming feel. Daily cleaning privided. The sfaff are lovely and very helpful. We checked in late but clear instructions were given which wrre easy to follow making check in easy. A great place to stay whilst exploring Florence. I highly recommend staying here!」

「This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good.」
