"Beautiful, spelled wonderful and interesting property (old bell tower). ONLY a couple thongs to know, not easy to get cab/uber and be prepared to walk a lot of stairs and uphill. We didn't mind but some may."

"The location is perfect for walking to everything. Comfortable room as well. Only thing that’s different about this property is that reception is often not staffed. But when it is the people are very helpful. "

"An absolutely fantastic stay! Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The unbeatable location made sightseeing easy, and we loved retreating to the truly huge rooms. A special highlight was the breakfast, which offered an amazing variety of food. We highly recommend this hotel!"
"Clean and tidy. Very close to main train station and easy walk to main attractions. The Duomo view picture is a bit cheeky as you can only see that from the breakfast room window."
"I had an excellent stay. The area around the property felt very safe and quiet, yet close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Everything was walkable and convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."
"Clean room and wonderful mix of modern and old styles. Incredible location right in the middle of it all where you can hear the lovely din and yet you can have quiet with the windows closed. Extremely helpful staff who were really wonderful."
"Hotel was fantastic. Grounds were beautiful. Generally shuttle was effective but we needed a cab on a rainy day and the “seven minutes” stretched to almost an hour and we missed our time to enter Uffizi. Not hotel’s fault but it was a problem."
"The hotel is located at walking distance to major landmarks in Florence which is pretty convenience. We had excellent customer service and we really enjoy our 2 day stay in Florence! The breakfast bar was also outstanding. We really love this hotel and we’ll come back. "
"The room was beautiful, much more than we expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know coming to Florence."
