“This is our first visit to The Yarrow Hotel. We were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The staff were just excellent in every way, very polite and professional, the venue is situated in an ideal position and an easy walk to the town of Broadstairs mainly downhill so just a slightly uphill walk back. Good car parking. The restaurant is first class offering a weekly menu with good choices, again staff excellent. Breakfast offers a wide selection of cooked or continental……

“To be honest it was very loud from the gig place from across the road (Saturday) but it calmed down & it was quiet for the rest of the stay in spir of the house's very central location (& lots of good music in town). I had an issue with the window & appreciated that the hotel owner responded & resolved the situation.The rooms are lovingly decorated & warm, and the bed was very comfy. ”

“Arrived late, the bar was pleasantly lively, but as I had been driving I unfortunately did not end up going back for a drink as the food was finished serving, granted it was 9pm. Room was nice and clean, everything was there and nice touch with the biscuits and coffee pods, really liked it. Breakfast was fantastic, service was great too. Will definitely be returning.”

“Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. ”
