“The bathroom had been repainted and caulked very poorly. There were cracked tiles and to top it off there was a cockroach waiting to greet me at 3:00 AM.”

“While understaffed, the limited crew was very friendly and accommodating. I wish we were able to take advantage of the onsite pool, but we were informed at check-in that the pool was currently “down” or “closed”. The building is a little dated and could use some upgrades. Breakfast was great!”

“Staff was not very friendly. Property is not well maintained will not stay there again. Parking was not convenient and small.”

“The property itself is nice and in a good area. We won’t book through Expedia again though. They show photos of updated, beautiful condos and not the actual one you’re paying for. After we paid for the room, Vacasa (the company that manages the units) sent us the tower number and condo number with photos. It was not what Expedia shows in their photos. It looked very outdated but we decided to take a chance and still go since it was last minute. Nowhere on Expedia’s website or Vacasa’s email did……

“There were termites and not very clean. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The parking spaces were too small and narrow. There was also an issue with not enough parking on the property.”

“Very nice overnight stay. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was the busy elevators. But there were a lot of guests, so we just had to be patient. But we would definitely stay here again.”

“I booked this hotel as a last minute getaway for my birthday weekend and my birthday gift( sunglasses) were stolen in a matter of minutes during the checkout process. I placed my sunglasses on the counter in the hallway because I was going back and forth carrying luggage’s with a child. When I went back to the room for the second time, a male housekeeper was already in the room cleaning, and noticed my sunglasses were gone from the counter. I told him I have pictures of me with the sunglasses……

“The property at Ocean Creek was maintained beautifully with their landscaping and outside amenities, such as the pools and access to the beach. As far as the individual condo, it was nice and clean, but the owner needs to make sure the kitchen is better stocked as far as dish detergent, paper towels, hand and dish towels, and more dishes to accommodate families during their stay. These are the basic items needed when checking into a unit that provides a kitchen. I would definitely return, but……
