「A lovely house and just the right size for us within a great part of Sutton and close to Sutton Park that I remembered from my childhood.
There wasn't any communication apart from knowing the code to collect the key, the box of which was open and I was unable to lock it on departure.
Took time to find the details of setting the heating and WIFI. Nothing on bins eg recycling which we gathered and put into one.
Overall, a lovely warm home and we hope we took as much care of it as it was due....

「The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room...
