"The staff were great, esp valet! Everyone was friendly, helpful & kind. We stayed on the 13th floor below the rooftop pool & it was so quiet in our room. Loved the view. The rooftop pool was great, including the bar, even though we did bring a toddler to the pool & no one said anything that’s clearly not the vibe. The cafe downstairs had an amazing ‘spicy chai’ tea with pistachio milk. I loved it. Overall this was somewhere I’d stay again. "

"Great hotel situated in Downtown LA great for being close to public transport to travel around LA and see the sights. Also very cool that so many films have used the hotel as a location Lifts are on the outside so if you are scared of heights probably not for you. Staff were great "
