「The housekeeper that tended to our rooms was polite, friendly, kind and professional and ensured our needs were met for the entire week. Bartenders were professional and friendly as well. Made great drinks The cooks provided excellent meals. But the food servers seemed liked they wanted to be anywhere but there. Except for the gentle that served us he was tentative and responsive to or table.」

「O hotel é muito bom para ir em família. Fica de frente para a praia, com uma piscina incrível (piscina infantil coberta, o que é ótimo) e quartos limpos, organizados e agradáveis. O café da manhã também é ótimo, bastante variedade e muito saborosos. E por fim, o staff todo do hotel é super solicito e gentil. Com certeza recomendaremos a amigos que vierem à Costa Rica :) 」
