"Susan was the most responsive host ever. She answered my questions promptly and provided a lot of great local information. The condo was in a nice location, ground floor, pool front with a lovely patio, back towards the quieter part of the complex. It was comfortable and well maintained. Really appreciated having daily maid service which was a real perk for a VRBO rental. Infinity Bay was a beautiful complex with lovely grounds and an attentive and friendly staff. The complex sits in the best part of West Bay by the end with access to amazing snorkeling. An easy walk down the beach in the other direction to many good restaurants. I highly recommend Susan’s condo at Infinity Bay. "

"The basic room has a few set backs: no full-length mirror, no full-length closet to hang dresses, no chair in the bedroom. What makes Arca so great is it’s staff! "

"Absolutely beautiful, resort was great. Food isn't like other all inclusive but was still good. I am not into food so didnt bother me. I was able to always find something I could eat. Resort and grounds could not be better!! I personally wouldn't do all inclusive as there were so many restaurants within walking distance on the beach. "

Particularly Romerio in the dining room, Janessa and Ingrid in entertainment and Felisha from the customer service area. The food was good and plentiful. The facility was a bit dated, but everything was clean and well kept. I would have no hesitation to return to this resort. "
