"The hot spa for women only and men only was the highlight of the day. Reception staff were wonderful and the room was very clean. Location very close to train station a plus. Very easy to find bus to visit snow monkeys."

"We took a junior suite as that was the only room with two beds available. It was big, had two double beds, and a sofa, plus a massage chair - much welcomed after a day's walking. Decor was dated but well maintained and functional. Only oddity was that there was no safety box in the room. Room was clean, staff - both front deskers and housekeeping were efficient and friendly. Ah yes, we could have additional pillows, and the choice between simmons and tempur. it was nice to sleep with four pillows for each of us. Don't know about breakfast as we didn't book that. "
