“It was pretty basic. The lighting is terrible in the bathroom and the rooms have an odor of something in them. Walls are paper thin and staff is scarce. Really just a 3 out of 5 and barely that. ”

“Room needs to work. Under the door was a space that small animals could come in places around the room attention for repairs. People were good done the job they needed to do but the rooms need updated. I’ve stayed with y’all four years now this room was the worst. I’ve stayed in.”

“I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay!”

“Our host was great at communicating about all necessary details all along the way. The cabin is super cute clean, and was well appointed with thoughtful little extras like coffee pods, sodas in the fridge, chips/popcorn, etc. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing.”

“Nick was very helpful and gracious. However, the unit was lacking. No exterior lights worked on the front so we had to use the car to see to get in and out after dark. The front door is rotted and water logged. With a visible Crack and no weather stripping and it was in the 20s. The floors in the bedrooms were dirty along with the sliding door upstairs. I know it's not the high season, but the porch furniture was in disrepair.”

“Kristina was very helpful and responsive before and during our trip! It was a nice apartment and a great location from Overlook Farms where we were attending a wedding. We didn’t need many amenities, but it was a comfortable place to sleep at night. We would stay here again! ”

“This condo suited our needs perfectly. We are a family of 4 and were in town for a football weekend in Auburn. The unit was comfortable, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The condo is tucked away in Stillwaters which gave us the confidence that it would be peaceful and it sure was. Will definitely book again!”
