「Was a truly wonderful hotel, from the rooms to the staff to the service everything here was an amazing experience. Found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating with top notch service and the hotel is very well located with a gorgeous stretch of beach area and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in tulum. Highly recommended!!!」

「My stay at Milam was great. Quiet and relaxing. The food and service is excellent. The staff was very accommodating. At one point I had misplaced my wallet and they went as far as checking the security cameras to see what I did with it when I finished my breakfast. They confirmed I put it in a certain pocket which helped me find it. I would definitely recommend this place. 」
