「Room was comfortable. Plenty of coffee/tea etc and a handy little fridge too. Shame the pub wasn't open but it's a nice walk to their other pub The Half Moon and the food there was lovely. 」

「War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer geräumig, ein nettes Zimmer typisch für eine Pension, deutlich mehr Charme als ein Hotelzimmer. Nicht ganz so toll der Teppich in Bad /WC, dafür aber der Besitzer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist auch interessant, einige Museen und schöne Gegend, wenn man nur richtigen Jahreszeit dort ist und Zeit hat.」

「Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced.」

「Absolutely adored our stay here! Me, my mother, my niece and nephew had such a blast and the staff were super helpful AND friendly! If I ever come to Telford again, I will book for a longer stay ^_^」

「I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The friendliness of the staff ; the beautiful gardens leading into the municipal park (Deep End Dale ); the delicious food served in the hotel restaurant. My only disappointment was that my room did not have a window I could open or any kind of view at all. I thought, therefore, that the money I paid for my room and breakfast was not really value for money . 」

「The hotel location is good and walking distance from shopping center. Restaurant staff, including Hellen and Luizer are very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. But the hotel is little bit old and not clean. I stayed 9 nights and will consider to live here again next time.」
