"The staff was amazing! Everything was clean and the Guava Passion fruit juice at breakfast is delicious. "

"Room was super clean, every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. It's a close walk to two different subway stations( Queensborough or the 21st/Queensbridge). So you can get anywhere in the city quickly. Both have restaurants near them. They allowed us to drop bags early as we flew in early in the day before check-in, our flight out wasn't until evening, but they offered to hold out luggage while we went sightseeing after we checked out as well. Only slightly negative item is that the beds are super high. We'd stay again. "

"This is not a 5 star hotel but I knew that when I booked it. For the price I was happy with our stay. 5 min walk to F train that takes you straight into mid town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillows and towels and they delivered to our room while we were out. Would stay again. "
