10/10 Excellent
"We would love to congratulate you guys for your outstanding customer service at your hotel, our stay in your facility did not really feel like a hotel but rather a stay at home. We can't wait to come and enjoy our vacation at this place again• Thank you!!!"
"I enjoyed my stay here! The staff was friendly and held our bags free of charge while we explored the city prior to our check in. Great location, only a few minutes away from the subway & a short train ride into Manhattan. We felt very safe walking around. I’d definitely stay again! "
"Was a little unsure because of mixed reviews but our room was super clean. Bed super comfy. The water took a bit to come out hot but we’re in the seventh floor and it was during the storm but when it came out it was hot. Not the best parking if you’re driving. Super recommend.
