“Everything was perfect, it is located in a nice kinda secluded area, it really isn't a place to take children. Great for a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.”

“The staff is always friendly. Breakfast is delicious, but the cobbler and ice cream in the evening is the best way to end my day. I have stayed here several times and always regret when I have to stay elseware.”

“It was clean. Reminded me of a 1980’s motel but it was certainly functional and economic. Easy access to Branson attractions.”

“Check in was easy even for 3rd party. We arrived early but the staff was accommodating and looked to see if our room was available and it was so we were able to check in early and that was very appreciated. Getting around the hotel was easy and had a great layout. Even better it was 2 blocks from the 76 road that was a hot theater district of things to do and lots to find to eat. We were headed to a show so the hotel location to the venue was easy to find. When we returned, there was ice water……

“Charging five bucks for parking is cheesy and they do not do it until you check in, if it was just in the cost of the room instead of stacking that would be preferred. Also avoid the breakfast, coffee is great but pass on hot stuff as its not hot”

“If you’re looking for a unique, quaint off the beaten path place to stay, this is your spot. Very helpful staff. Room was very clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anybody.”

“Room was clean comfortable beds shower rod to low and if your tall you will hit your forehead the parking is ok but uphill mostly. We would definitely stay again main thing for us is it was clean and smelled good”

“Nice on the outside, needs to be updated on the inside. Peeling popcorn ceilings and rusted door frames. Entire hotel had a musty smell. Staff was friendly however some of the people hanging out there seemed a little sketchy. It reminded me of an extended stay motel.”

“It was an old tired motel, but at least it smelled good. I didn’t see any bugs. People still smoked outside so you had to smell their cigarette smoke and their marijuana.”

“Overall just ok- not the cleanest- pool was crazy, kids doing some crazy stuff and no staff around”
