「Chambre très spacieuse. Environnement un peu bruyant」

「Très bien situé」

「Excellent place to stay!」

「Great location to be able to explore the area. Very interesting history on the building which is shared in the lobby. Staff was extremely helpful and room was clean and comfortable. Fantastic bistro next door to grab a hearty breakfast and coffee」

「close to old district , but far from downtown next time, I will book this hotel only for site view of old area but I will book another hotel for downtown steping」

「This has been an extremely unacceptable and distressing accommodation experience. I made a reservation for a 7-night stay, yet on the morning of the second day I was forced to check out and cancel the entire booking. To date, I have still not received any refund for the unused nights. This level of service and handling is completely unacceptable, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional situation before. I request that you process my full refund immediately and provide an explanation...
