“I chose the place because it was walking distance to the site of the Madrid Open tennis tournament. Otherwise the location is kind of suburban, not exciting. The hotel is nice, like a tall, industrial-looking motel (all the rooms face directly outside). The rooms have fancy stuff, like remote-controlled window blinds. Nice, spacious, clean rooms, equipped even with washing machines (and a clothes rack). The breakfast was pretty good, not amazing, not bad. It's good in that there aren't many……
“Amazing hostel and amazing location and friendly staff but there is not enough shower room and toilets 2 showers room and 2 toilets only in the ground floor.”
“Great place on the outskirts of Madrid. 5 minutes from the Metro and 10 minutes on the Metro to the centre of Madrid. Very residential area.
Flat 12 was ideal with a large balcony to watch the local world go by at night.
150 pounds deposit which wasn't expected but not a hassle!
20 euros for a taxi to the airport. Well worth it. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay.”
“Very good service the answer question very fast and also good website let us understand.
Room was clean, comfortable and convenient.
Go to the MRT/ SUPERMARKET/ Restaurant is close 👍”
“A beautiful hotel with lovely staff.
We especially liked the breakfast; a great buffet and you could choose one option from the menu.
The library was a very comfortable place to sit and unwind after a day exploring Madrid. The staff were happy to bring a drink to us too.
We slept very well in the huge bed. We’d happily return if in the area again. ”
"Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. It’s also near the Sol square with about 5 mins walk. I would no doubt stay again in this hotel if I visit the capital again."
