“When I arrived I got hit with the we need a card on file for any damage and a $75 hold per night was put on my account and said would be put back as soon as I checked out and room was cleaned. So I was refunded, then the very next day I get charged $177, for parking and hotel fees, that should be included in the final room price. Not to mention I check under pillows usually when I get a room just to see if the person before me left a note or something and there was no note just a long brown hair……

Many places in our room that needed repair such as nracks and hole in the ceiling, along walls, lack spots on the furniture.”
